Position: After-School Program Teacher

Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated After-School Program Teacher (full-time and part-time) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about working with children and have a strong background in education. The teacher will provide homework assistance, lead educational activities, and foster a positive and creative learning environment.
Responsibilities:
• Assist children with their homework, ensuring they understand and complete their assignments independently.
• Develop and implement educational activities that enhance language literacy, communication skills, and independent learning.
• Encourage and maintain students' motivation for learning and personal growth.

• Organize creative projects and activities that complement the standard curriculum.
• Promote teamwork, cooperation, and a supportive atmosphere among students.
• Monitor and guide students during creative and recreational activities.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Creativity and enthusiasm for developing engaging educational activities.
• Patience, adaptability, and a passion for working with children.
• Fluency in Bulgarian; knowledge of English is an advantage.
